Terms of Service
These terms apply to every player of Three Numbers. By creating an account or playing you accept them. If you do not agree, do not play.
Who may play
- You must be at least 18 years old and located in the Philippines.
- One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
- Three Numbers is a game of chance. Play only with money you can afford to lose.
The game
- You choose three digits and roll. The prizes and every rule of play are the ones shown in the game (PAYTABLE), and those in-game rules are the rules that apply to each roll.
- Every outcome is drawn by the game server. A roll is final once it has been settled.
Points
- 1 point = ₱1. Points are loaded in the packs shown in the game and are spent one point per roll; prizes are paid in points.
- Loads are final once the payment is confirmed. Bonus points (for example a welcome or referral bonus) are points like any other.
- Refer a friend: a player who joins with your code receives the sign-up bonus shown in the game, and you receive the referral bonus shown in the game for every set number of plays your referred friends make after their first paid load. Rewards are counted on plays, not on loads or losses. Daily limits apply, and rewards may be withheld where we suspect abuse (see Fair play and suspension).
Cash-outs
- You may request a cash-out from the game once you meet the qualifying conditions shown there (minimum amount and play-through). Payouts go by InstaPay transfer to the GCash, e-wallet or bank account details you give us.
- Payouts are processed as capacity allows: a request may be paid as early as 20 minutes after it is made and normally within 24 hours. You can cancel a request until it is being processed.
- Check your account number and name carefully. A payout sent to the details you provided cannot be recovered.
Fair play and suspension
- We may suspend or close an account, and withhold the points or payouts connected with it, when we suspect abuse: more than one account per person, fraud or payment disputes, exploiting an error in the game, abuse of the referral programme, or any attempt to interfere with the game or its systems.
- Where a suspicion is cleared after review, access and points are restored.
Changes
We may change these terms, the packs and the paytable. Changes apply to play after they are published in the game or on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Responsible Gaming
Three Numbers is a game of chance for players aged 18 and over. Set a budget before you play and stick to it. Play for fun, never to win back a loss. If playing stops being fun, take a break or talk to someone you trust.
